has been successfully brokering training services to the
chemicals industry since it opened for business in 1999. In
this time, over 2000 delegates have been trained through its
Training Coordination service. Companies of all sizes in the
chemical, pharmaceutical, food and related sectors have all
been provided with training & skills support, in many
cases with grant funding as well. |

provides a broad range of training from Chemical sector
related courses on H&S or legislation to generic courses
on Management, Team Building and Senior Team effectiveness. |

has access to training funds which can reduce the cost of a
companies training activities dramatically (e.g. see Skills
Broker).
One
company to recently benefit from CIRCE’s Training service is
Albion Chemicals.
Albion
, a profitable and
successful chemical distribution business, needed to train a
significant number of their employees in Sales and Commercial
skills. A contract negotiated by CIRCE CEO, Steve Napier with
an internationally renowned Sales Training Provider put in
place a Sales Training Programme for over 20 staff at Albion
Chemicals. The employees have been trained in the ‘SPIN’
Selling techniques and benefited from a significant
improvement in their overall commercial skills.
